THE GREATER EURASIAN PARTNERSHIP SETS NEW PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION AMONG NATIONS UNITED BY COMMON VALUES.
Dear friends, The role of multilateral alliances in shaping a balanced architecture of international relations continues to grow with each passing day. Global changes are calling for efforts to build a just polycentric system of world order.
The tools that the West has traditionally relied upon to preserve its dominance at the expense of the others are being replaced by formats grounded in equal rights, respect for national and cultural identity, and a balanced approach to achieving common goals.
One such format, which fully aligns with the objectives of advancing multilateral engagement, is the Greater Eurasian Partnership—an initiative put forward by Russia’s President Putin in 2015. This endeavour sets new principles of cooperation aimed at ruling out unnecessary trade and investment barriers between Eurasian nations, bound together by a shared commitment to international law and a careful approach to preserving common civilisational heritage.
Over two decades, the Group of Strategic Vision “Russia — Islamic World” has established itself as an effective platform for exchanging best practices and valuable insights in intercultural dialogue. At its anniversary meeting, participants will explore viable ways to strengthen communication, identify new points of convergence, analyse successful projects, and examine how Eurasia has become a driving force behind global economic development.
I wish you productive work!
