30 October — Dmitry Stasyulis, President of the International Organisation for Eurasian Cooperation (IOEC), addressed the “Leasing Calls” conference, organised by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Stasyulis noted that international leasing is a key driver of integration, yet its growth is hindered by disparities in national legislation and tax barriers. To address these challenges, the International Leasing Council under the IOEC will focus on developing practical solutions for seamless cross-border leasing and a unified regulatory framework across Eurasia.
