Participation in the Annual Meeting of the Leasing Union

On January 28, at the invitation of Evgeny Tsarev, Chairman of the International Leasing Council (IOEC), Chairman of the Leasing Union Non-Profit Partnership (NP "Leasing Union"), Dmitry Stasyulis, President of the International Organization of Eurasian Cooperation, participated in the Annual Reporting and Election Meeting of the Union for the Promotion of Leasing Development.

During his speech, Dmitry Stasyulis presented the IOEC key initiatives in the field of international leasing.

The IOEC has established the International Leasing Development Council, a supranational platform for consolidating the efforts of leasing associations and companies in the Eurasian region.

The Council already unites leasing associations from Russia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.

The inaugural session of the Council was held on August 20, 2025, as part of the World Forum "New Era – New Ways."

The Council's main objectives are:

• harmonization of legal and tax regulations,
• improvement of customs procedures,
• development of institutional infrastructure,
• standardization of contractual practices,
• development of cross-border financing,
• currency coordination,
• and convergence of judicial and arbitration practices.
