The mission of the magazine is to help readers understand global processes and international events during the formation of a multipolar world, with the aim of creating a common, just, and secure future.
These rules determine the interaction between authors and the editorial team. The publisher and the editorial board follow the open access policy, which means that published articles will be available on the magazine's website as well as in the magazine.

General conditions of publication
Materials for the editorial office should be submitted in electronic format. By sending an article to the email address of the editorial team of the magazine, authors agree to its publication in both printed and electronic versions of the magazine. This also includes publication on the magazine's official website and social media platforms in an open-access format. Additionally, the editorial team has the right to share the text of an article with third parties if information from the article is required for publication purposes. To enhance citation rates for the author and magazine, the editorial team may also share the text with other individuals.
Together with the material, the author grants the editorial board the right to use the material for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to publish, modify, use in advertising, and make publicly available the text. Exceptions to this agreement are discussed separately.
After the publication of an article in the magazine, the editorial board holds the copyright to it, but the author retains non-copyright rights. Therefore, it is possible to use fragments of published articles in other works, as long as the author and source of publication are properly cited. Full or partial reprints, reproductions, or any other use of magazine materials are only allowed with the permission of the editorial board or publisher.
The editorial board reserves the right to decline to publish a manuscript if it does not fit the scope of the magazine or if it contains plagiarism. We also have the right to reject materials that have been published elsewhere, either in full or in part. We do not engage in discussions with authors regarding rejected materials.
The texts submitted by the authors are always reviewed and edited. We work with the author to ensure that the final version of the article is suitable for publication. If necessary, the editor may ask you to provide additional information or references to support any statements in your article. Once the text has been approved, it will be published in its final form.
Before the article is published in the publication schedule, the author has the right to remove the material from the editor's portfolio. To do this, they simply need to send an email to the address to which the article was submitted. It is not permitted to review the article that has been approved for publication in the schedule during the preparation or layout of the issue.
The material is sent for approval without proofreading. Fonts, visual design, and text layout are all integral components of the final product, and they are not created at the request of the author.
